How to See Auras

Standing in front of a blank wall,
(white or black preferred), and looking into a mirror if you
can.
Stare just barely above your shoulder either will do until your
eyes go out of focus.
If you do not have aura color meanings here are some to work
with:
Physical:
White-cleansing
Light green-stubbornness, firmness, earthy, calm
Bright green-new growth
Deep green-continuing growth
Yellow-new growth
Emotional/Mental:
Light blue-balance, strength, peace, harmony
Bright blue-tranquility, harmony
Navy blue-independence, self-assurance
Pink-healing, affection, explosion of feeling
Red-aggression, sexuality, simplicity, cheerfulness
Deep maroon-health, balance of energy
Bright yellow-creativity, spirituality, wisdom
Grey-old wisdom, calmness, simplicity
Black-freedom, independence, protectiveness
Brown-stability
White-release, inspiration
Spiritual:
Clear-calm, essence, being
Milky white-cleansing, new growth
Gold-attainment, wisdom
Blue-serenity, tranquility
Purple-oneness, unity
Opalescence-wisdom, attainment.
If you see heatwaves it is your own body emitting energy.
If there is a mixture of colors the color closest to your body
is the physical aura; the second
closest to your body is the mental or emotional aura; and, the
third layer is your spiritual aura.
