Water Meditation

Formed and yet formless
- I am what is soft and yet resistant at the same time. I am
the balance of Mother Earth. I am life. I am Water.
I wear time into mountains and carve
space into earth. I carry the energies of The Mother throughout
her body and yours. My reach is from the highest of high to
the lowest of icy depths. Through these worlds I flow, cleansing,
energizing and carving paths to reach the unseen. Through her
body, I am transformed. Through your body I am transformed.
Seek me in balance, in flow, and
in flexibility - to become yielding and yet unyielding at the
same time. I am life. I am Water.
