There's a good reason for
it.... dark entities are that way by choice or design. There
are no 'accidental' dark entities and no victims (i.e. beings
that become dark by accident) Again, I speak only from my experience
here... and I have quite a bit too. I just don't talk about
it. I don't care about their goals - that's their burdens. Dark
= squish. Anything else is a way to entangle and confuse your
energies. Ask Crabby about free will and the ways we give permissions.
Edited to add... dark = squish for
dark entities with the intent to harm. If they just want to
marinate in darkness, learn and be close to it, that's their
business, their choice. But if there's intent to harm another
- squish.

First I want to thank you all for the information and for the
topic. It is a miracle to read this now...
What helped
me a lot is to work with my helper(s). One helper I have is
used to work in these areas - the helper is so very strong -
it took me a long time to get along with her - her power is
incredible. Having her with me is shelter, safety, it lets me
feel secure...
Sometimes
we might not at once see/feel/"know" that something
is a dark entity. It looks like a normal thing of daily life
- but it is not. How to discern? Let me give you an example.
Last night I saw a rat on my balcony. You might think, this
is normal. But I live on the fifth floor, it is not an old house...
The rat was sitting there, presenting itself and directly looking
at me... Okay - this COULD happen... But my feeling was - and
it came like a flash: Oh, this is connected to a special situation
(you might get a name or situation...). This "connection"
coming when seeing or experiencing something like this may be
a hint. "Normally" one would say: "Awww - a rat.
Aha - should see what to do, interesting..." And then leave
it and do the things to do to catch her (in a positive way,
may be not hurting her if possible). But if seeing the rat and
"at once" getting the feeling that this rat looks
into your inner being - straight into the eyes - and that you
"know" that this could be xxx - and then you feel
not good/feeling of sheltering/feeling of cleansing/even that
"something" "crawled" into you - then you
might want
.......to pray/ask helpers for help,
.......ask for light to surround you and the place,
.......cleanse
.......and shelter
. .......As an instant help you might also want to say to the
entity in a strong (and loud)voice to leave and to go away.
Be strong in your wish - that it has to go...
Claiming your room, your sacred place for you...
Asking your helpers to help, too, being with you...
Letting light flow around you, in the place and letting the
entity shrink back and going away...
Follow your intuition what to do...
Skilled people who work with dark energies to scare people know
tricks how to send their energies to upset you, to disturb you
- BUT you can hold the good balance and have the skills to react
in a helpful way for you and to get along with this.
It also
may be that the thing/what happens has a certain "aspect"
that is "unusual"/not normal - may be the fur of the
rat remembers you of something that fits to xxx...
Follow
your intuition - and also after the praying/cleansing/sheltering
learn to discern whether you were "right" or whether
it was something that really was a rat (as an example). Discerning:
In my case I mentioned today during the day I felt a rat running
and causing pain in my body (stomach) - my helpers helped me
to remove it - and it got better at once. Asking my helpers
why this happened they also told me that this also was a lesson
to learn how to work in this field and how to get along with
things like this. (I was one of the ones thinking that all people
are good, too - or better: I did not want to believe that this
could happen... :o))
If this
happens - trust in your helpers and learn from this situation.
There are challenges and also possibilities to learn for you
from this... It may be good to work with your helpers in a "normal"
situation so that you feel secure in working with them and the
situation if you need it in an actual situation... But in all
cases - they are your helpers... :o))
You might
feel a kind of "dense" atmosphere around, a (light)
pressure (as described in the other posts, too)... You might
feel to see something dark in the corner of the eye... It also
may help to turn on the real light, to turn on the radio, to
play (loud and) beautiful music... I got the information, too,
that these darker entities need a lot of energy to do things
like this. The get "drained" somehow, too....
So if you
stay stable - you will stay strong in your middle and in your
power. But they will send out energy - and this drains them
then (!)... Try to hold and improve your energy - do beautiful
things and improve your life so that you feel more energy in
a positive way... This is a good shelter, too...
By the
way: I asked a vermin exterminator (right word?) to come and
to do something on the physical level with the rat, too. This
is an action on the physical, daily level to give a sign as
a NO, too. I asked the rat to leave before the vermin exterminator
comes so that things will be clear before - but I felt it was
necessary to give this seen STOP sign on the physical level,
too. What helped me, too is that the dark energies once had
all the light, too - this I read in a book (see below) and it
makes sense for me. But then the light was taken away from it
somehow, they decided to not hold the light any more - and now
they argue somehow with the ones who work with the light.
As in the
book about Hildgeard von Bingen it is said: "God has this
under control. The took the light from Lucifer, the first and
most beautiful angel, because Lucifer was following his own
plans. And then God put this beautiful light into the human
beings. Now Lucifer (also called Devil/Satan now) tries to disturb
the human beings who try to find and live their light in them
that is there - and there is envy from the darker side, too.
If the plans of God could not be disturbed by Lucifer - now
there is the attempt to disturb the human beings in finding
their light inside and coming home to God... But everything
is under control." But if we have the tools to shelter
and to walk the path in a more comfortable way - then we might
want to use our tools wisely and in the best sense to say yes
or no - the way that is appropriate.
And - by
the way - if it feels right: laugh - laugh it small... :o))
(In some situations this may shelter, too - it takes away the
influence, not giving it the energy, it may help... :o))
May all
that is said be said in the appropriate way. May all that is
said be said in the sense of All-that-Is.

I am someone who tends to have a lot of humor when things get
"strong" this helps me a lot, too...
For me
I try to put things into a lightful position before leaving
the rooms so that helpers also may work in a lightful way while
I am not there. Returning to my home also light work has taken
place then.

Hawww,
yes, speaking about these things releases and shines light on
it... It helps and gives a lot of support to walk through these
things... Today a young man came to help me with the rat(s)...
It was one of the funniest meetings I had since a long time...
*giggle* Though he really has a job that is very serious (I
will not go into details here....) we laughed a lot - also honoring
the lessons animals hold for the human beings (the lessons of
rats, too). He honored their skills - but he also said that
there are places they should not go to - they step over boundaries
then...
It
was a good thing - he brought release on the physical level...
I may suggest this, too - that if you have dark entities around
that you look for some help on a physical level - may be help
to paint the rooms or have beautiful plants next to your window
or ask friends to assist you in working with your rooms on a
physical level. It helps to give your energy and your intents
into the atmosphere.
Another
thing I may suggest is that you try to see a lesson behind this.
With the help of Cinnamon I was allowed to go through a pile
of lessons during the last days... I may suggest that you read
about the animal(s) that pops up in you(r head) during challenges
and that may come as an indicator or may be as a helper.
You
also might want to look at the lessons of Panther (Black Panther)
or Cougar for example to learn more about how to work with the
dark in a positive way - and how to hold these powers to deal
with the dark. It may be other helpers, animals that comethrough
to help you in this situation.

Andrews, "Animal Speak": "The black panther helps
us to understand the dark and death and the inherent powers
of them; and thus by acknowledging them, eliminate our fears
and learn us to use the powers. (...) More so, the keynote of
the black panther is ´Reclaiming One´s True Power´".
Jamie Sams
writes in the book "Medicine Cards" about Black Panther
as "Embracing the unknown":
"Oh
Midnight Jaguar...
Wash me with your courage. And steel me with your grace, So
I may know the value of The void of time and space.
Teach me all your lessons, How to face the dark unknown.
Then let me bravely leap Into the shadows all alone."
This is
also meant to overcome the own fears and obstacles and to walk
on in the own power - not to have others standing in our way
and blocking us and making us to shrink back - but to find the
own light in the dark - working with it in a positive way...
If we are
strong and sheltered this way and if we know the dark - then
we are safe and we might also explore our own self in the deepest
processes...
And we
also might be able to help others who face the dark - to help
them to work with the dark in a positive way and not only to
fear it, to shrink back or be be dictated by the power of others...
"Reclaiming
their own power"...
“...the
more light we shine in dark places and on dark things the better!”
This is
what the writer said - it is so beautiful...
The dark
has many aspects - and to work through and with it in a positive
way may strengthen us - helping us to be strong and to embrace
the unknown in us and to flow with the mystery that is unfolding
in our life.
Behind
challenges there is a lesson - maybe we are called to embrace
our own power - and then to work with it to find the blessings
- to heal...

Oh,
this is so interesting... I was with Black Panther when I started
with Shamanism, too... And Black Panther came back again and
again - it took some years till I was able to work with Black
Panther and to hold the energies... For me Black Panther is/was
an indicator that deep insight started/starts to happen - and
it was an invitation to start this path, to walk it... So it
is also an invitation to find the light, there is no "physical
need" or "experienced need" of dark or death
around for Black Panther to show up... May be being with the
"idea" of a start of a way of exploring new areas
that were "dark" before - bringing light into new
areas... And Black Panther also (for me) is a strong helper
to shelter, too...
When there
is dark - there is light, too... Black Panther for me helps
me a lot to be with dark situations, to shelter, to be strong
and to see the light, may be also help the dark to find the
light (if it is the task and if it is wanted...)...
Black
Panther may be a helper in situations...
And one
may also want to look at Black Panther as a Totem Animal to
learn more on the personal level...
I realize
that bringing up Black Panther in this topic I should have discerned
before that Black Panther might help us to look at a special
situation, that we might learn to have strength and trust to
go through, to feel safe and sheltered - and that Black Panther
also may help us as a Totem Animal. One can learn on many levels
from Black Panther... May be this is a topic for the animal
forum...? Love and (((hugs))) to you! This topic helped me sooooooo

(Hehe,
with the rat: We will wait and see what happens... But on the
physical level I got help now from this funny young man... He
placed something on the balconies I have and we will see...
It felt light and good yesterday night... I am very thankful
for the help on the physical level - this help was there I was
happy to embrace it... May the rat be where it belongs to so
that everything may have a beautiful end in a Beauty Way...)
Please
allow me to give you an update about the rat and the situation.
The balcony felt clean in that way that no longer and that no
more influence that really would hurt would radiate form the
rat - my helpers had it under control - not matter what would
come. This was a basic knowing that came. Rat still being there,
there must be something to learn from rat and from this situation
for me... Activity was still there. Well, the young man brought
a black box with an entry and some poison in it to the balcony
last Friday. (Today it is Sunday here). I had asked the rat
to leave before - so that we could get out of this without any
harm to anyone. But it was apparent that rat did not leave...
Nolonger this "red flag feeling" - but still not funny...
Something to learn was in the air...
Saturday
morning I could see that there had been activity around the
box - as if rat had been trying to build a nest in the box.
Pieces of leaves and other things were laying around, ready
to be used. Again I asked rat to leave. But it felt as if rat
would stand - still "something to learn in the air".
In the evening, late at night, when I went home I felt to place
my fluffy animal made of fluffy cloth inside my room facing
the balcony (a symbol for one of the strongest power animals
that is with me - the fluffy appearance is for not "shocking"
people around). When being in another room I felt that on the
balcony activity arose - an entity was growing and facing the
power animal in my room. The entity did not enter the room but
remained on the balcony. It was not fun. Well - I "saw"
and felt it while being in another room and I had to stop my
activities. Mystrong
power animal came to take me into its middle so that I was surrounded
by my power animal.
With this
I got insight about the inner structure of my power animal -
it is strong and might frighten people being seen from outside
- but inside it is radiant light. I am allowed to share this
here. I am said to share this to help people to loose fear when
meeting a strong power animal that might look a bit "strange"
form the outside. It may be that this outer outlook is combined
with the tasks coming and combined with the power animal.
I was totally
calm and strong. I went to the room facing the balcony and sat
down to look at the balcony. I was in the middle of my power
animal and just watching. The entity looked awful - trying to
impress me. My power animal was standing there - facing it (at
the same time it was around me, one and the same animal but
acting at several places) - and growing and growing.. It became
so large that the entity only could shrink back . The entity
shrinked back, becoming smaller and smaller - and then was taken
away by the power animal (there are certain processes that takes
place to help to clean areas by my helpers and power animals...)
The balcony was clean then from this...
Still it
felt that something was to learn. Rat activity still was felt...
This morning
(Sunday) I woke up with a "view" (though I sleep in
a different room, not facing this balcony). I saw a dark column
that emerged from the black poison box - I got the message that
rat was about to leave (may be about to die) and was emerging
dark energy to radiate it... At the same time I saw a body facing
the ground - lying on the balcony. It looked as if it was the
body of a man still dead for some time, not fun - and no good
energy... My helpers showed this to me and then started to work
with the column first. They brought the energy away and to a
certain place. Then
it was time for the body... My strong power animal and my helpers
were standing there - in its full power - and the body was turned
around - I was to look at the face... It was not fun - no good
energy that tried to connect with me. I felt so safe - the helpers
and the power animal had it all under control and they were
working with the dark energy - it was taken to a certain place.
What was
learned:
When we feel shocked by dark entities there also might be a
lesson waiting for us. For me it was to connect more with our
helpers to stand this and to go through this and to work with
this - hand in hand with them.
When we
are with our strong helpers we might feel totally calm and secure
- no matter how "strange" the things are that happen.
We are safe and sheltered - and may be we have a task to fulfill
in this situation.
If we
do not feel safe and if we do not have a good grounding and
basis to work with dark entities, we should shelter, cleanse
(see posts above) - and look for help (as I did also with asking
the young man on the physical level to help me on this level)
- but we should not play around with it. It is not a joke.
Tricks
may be played (like with the body - it looked "dead"
- but it was energy waiting to connect...) Be open to work hand
in hand with your helpers to be prepared. One might learn about
tricky situations, too - and about energies that like to play
games and tricks... Have a good connection
and working level with your helpers...
When we
are through experiences like these we might have some new insight
we got from this. For me it is that it is indicating a new step
in my life. Tasks are coming into view. Also I learned to work
hand in hand with my helpers in special situations - to trust
them and to rely on them. I will also change the balcony that
was covered with big plants before - it was also to shelter
me from the outside. I will now arrange it in a different way
- lighter, with a place to sit there and to enjoy the view...
With my helpers and my power animals things will develop...

Hello
to you all, thank you so much for your posts. It encourages
me so much to go through this...
Yesterday
night the lessons continued.Well, it may have been that rat
still was there.. But it was much more quiet and calm - as if
things were mostly done. Then I had an interesting experience
- and I am so very thankful for this. Before this I had "Kings
of Animal" come to me sharing their insight about the species.
"Kings of Animals" as they came to me are a kind of
"essence" of the animals - knowing all about them
and sharing it. To me they appear often in the shape of human
beings with the head of the animal - or as an enlarged animal,
often walking on two feet (even if "normally" they
walk on four feet...) They are incredible in their power and
wisdom. The pure essence of the wisdom of the animal...
Yesterday
night the "King of the Rats" came to teach me. I am
allowed to share this:
"We animals emerge directly from Great Spirit. We come
to help the human beings on their path. When we die we go back
directly to Great Spirit - to our "big animal soul"
of this species we are. There are human beings that impose their
will on us. They abuse the pure animal spirit to impose their
ego will. This may happen to use the animal body not for a good
purpose. This is not according to Natural Law. What human beings
impose on the spirit of animals abusing them this way will come
back to them. What happened to you was a lesson about abusing
animal power and merging human beings ego with the pure essence
of animal power. A rat is Beauty. It is sent from God. There
is nothing "bad" about a rat - even if you human beings
might connect bad things with rat. Rat is messenger of God.
Rat is helper for your path - for the path of the human beings.
Rat has its role in the Big Game Great Spirit unfolds to have
the human beings learn to ascend.
What had
happened here at your balcony? Someone had imposed ego will
upon the rats spirit.
Rat was
directed to be there. It was to disturb. Not for a beautiful
sense.
What happened
when you and your helpers reacted the way you did? Rat would
not go - even when asked. This was because the human energy
imposed on it would not like to go. Even if the Spirit of rat
might have wanted to go - the human energy covering the rats
spirit did not want to go. So what happened next? You decided
to ask rat to go. It would not go - as I described. You worked
with the dark entity around the spirit of the rat. And you decided
to ask for help on the physical level - to destroy, if needed,
the body of rat as a carrier of the dark entity. Okay this way
up to now. (No, no fear, my dear - it is okay and there is no
criticism to be waiting for you. It is not a master plan for
others to behave like you did - therefore I use this "hard"
expressions like "okay up to now" - it was okay...
I use these
clear expressions to let you all think about how you behave
in every single case you are confronted with animals and dark
energies. Okay, dear, calm down, okay... Now listen again ...)
Sometimes there only is the possibility to destroy the body
of the carrier, of the animal, which serves as a body of the
human impression. Take care then to release the dark energy
that emerges then from the body and that is "free"
then somehow. I will speak about his a bit later. It may be
easier to send the dark energy to where it belongs without being
in the body of the animal. BUT: Please DO NOT TAKE THIS AS AN
INVITATION TO KILL ANY ANIMAL BODY TO RELEASE A DARK ENTITY!!!!!!!
Discernment is needed in each single case! I mention this about
killing an animal and I allow this to be shared because I know
that the readers will understand it in an appropriate way. No
harm may emerge from this text. I trust in this. May you also
trust in this - keep on writing, my dear... Well - you saw the
black column above the rat. This was the dark energy freed from
the spirit of rat. It was released then - rats spirit was cleaned
and free again. Then you saw the man’s body lying there.
This was the human energy hidden behind the rat - the energy
that was behind the rat directing it and that was connected
to the human being. The black column was connected to the spirit
of rat, covering the spirit of rat - rat spirit became free
again when the column emerged. The body of the man was connected
to the human energy behind the action. You see the two signs
- column and human body - the one as energy covering the rats
spirit - the other the energy behind the whole action? Okay,
well... About the human body again: What you saw was the true
face of the energy behind. With your helpers you were allowed
to let this energy go to a place where it belongs and where
the development of this energy may take place. This no longer
is your concern. The energy tried to directly connect with you
when the body was turned around. This was a lesson about energies
released from the carrier like the rat and about energies directing
a whole action like this - the energy behind this experience.
Your helpers sheltered you and protected you. It was a lesson
about energies and how to learn and how to work with them. Keep
on writing, dear... Tell the readers that THIS IS NOT A MASTER
PLAN FOR SIMILAR CASES!!!!!!! They always have to discern and
to work with heir helpers to see and decide what to do. This
is shared to give them an impression about the multiple levels
involved in the contact with dark energies. And to help them
learn about animal spirits...
It is
done for now, dear... Let it go for now... When more lessons
are there they will come... *he sends a shrill squeeeeeeak...*

- my hands could hardly write as fast as the King of Rats was
speaking...
Having
written this post I continued reading Cinn’s book in a
pause - and I just continued where I stopped last night. It
is amazing - please let me add this - it was the actual chapter
I read:
“They
(Witch and shaman) know that the work done is reflected back
upon the doer because we are all a part of the greater whole.
When the work is directed outward and a finger pointed in a
direction, it must follow that here are three other fingers
on that same hand pointing back at us. So the work that is done
is best done for the benefit of Mother Earth and All Our Relations..
Integrity, the value we place on our own morals and ethics along
with what we are willing to do uphold them, is of utmost importance.
There is no room for selfishness, (...).”
Another
idea came today - I was waiting for the young man to check the
boxes - but he would not come, it was not this clear before
if he could make it today. Well, I had to enter the balcony
the first time after these events to give the plants the water
they needed (even if I am going to change plants this for me
does not mean not to take care of them...).
While working
there veeeery carefully - and now coming to my working place
again - it suddenly popped up to me:
What, if
these events were something I released, too?! I am going through
major changes at the moment - and this happened right now after
experiencing the "turning point" last week. What if
one is "open" for these events like this because there
is something in me that I did not see before and that I had
to clear? It could be that it was something that no longer was
to be with me - or that I was to make a conscious decision about
things I would not have thought consciously about before. Was
it something I had to let go - and that showed up this way before
I really could let it go, too?
My feeling
is that it was something that came to connect with me. And at
the same time I could see it - there must have been something
to perceive it. At the same time I clearly said "No!"
to this.
Therefore
- for me it was interesting to learn more form this again:
It was sheltering from an energy trying to connect with me.
It was a clear "No!" to this energy.
And it feels as if I with this also said "No!" to
a certain way of being. In this way it was a deep cleansing
and letting go... This energy was unconscious before - then
it came and approached, it showed up - then I said "No!".
With this an inner cleansing was made - an inner "No!"
to that and at the same time an inner "Yes!" to a
certain other way of being... With these things happening it
became more clear to me. Another lesson from this...

I too have had a few encounters with
negs (negative spirits). Two of them were pretty bad, and I
needed assistance from a knowledgeable friend to help me get
rid of them. I didn't really believe in them myself until it
happened to me.

was the same with me - I would not "really" believe
until it happened to me, too...
Thank you for this aspect - I am still learning from this topic...
The lessons
continue... An update on what had happened... :o))
When first
seeing the animal on my balcony I got the veeeeery short impression:
"Oh, it is a mouse! How cute!" And then - a very short
time, a second later - "rat" popped up...
And
this rat energy stood there as described for days... When working
with rat over the days things were cleansed, were released,
things became softer, lessons were learned... Till "it
was done" then...
When "it
was done" and when this week the young man came back to
check the boxes we found that it could not be rats. It is a
mouse/it are mice...
I was with
this for some days now again... What had happened - am I not
to trust what I get? A mouse for a rat? No - it is okay.. I
trust what I get - and I get the lessons step by step...
This came:
I was in a conflict and I felt that things were not going well
along my path I was walking. It had to do with my shamanic path
and my learning...The mouse that came and the mouse energy that
showed up for such a very short time at the first meeting with
the animal symbolized my start in this life with the shamanic
path about seven years ago. "Most mice are nocturnal (as
it is said by Ted Andrews - and as we might know... *smile*).
Its nests will be globe-shaped and there is an entrance. The
male and female work together to remodel the nest." Exploring
the unknown (nocturnal), diving into the womb of secrets (globe),
balancing (male and female). What then opened my eyes: When
mouse shows up it also may indicate that we cannot see the forest
for the trees. What did this mean for me?
Soon after
the mouse energy became aware it was covered by "rat"
energy. (And to be honest: The mouse was really biiiig - I know
mice and rats - and this mouse looked like a smaller rat...)
This for me indicates that my path was shadowed by another energy
- and I did not get this for a long time... (Mouse also indicates
"not to see the forest for the trees...") To clear
these things and to come back to the "original energy"
of my path rat appeared as a challenge - and I was to work with
rat and to release and cleanse things that shadowed my path.
"If a rat has shown up, you may find yourself getting more
restless." (Finally coming into movement and to work finding
my own path again.) "It also may even reflect a time to
more aggressively pursue endeavors for success." (To find
my own way...)
Once the
shadowing energies were cleansed and released mouse would show
up again - as the original animal that showed up when seeing
the animal first. When mouse shows up "you may be getting
so locked into details that you forget the big picture..."
This was a certain situation I was just going through - I forgot
the path because of being with a certain problem on this path.
"Whenever
mouse shows up there are lessons associated with attention."
I had to bring back my attention to my own path - following
my own inner intuition and not others...
This was
another lesson from these experiences...I want to honor Mouse
and Rat for having shared so many lessons with me. It was not
fun all the time - but it was so very helpful.

Interesting
indeed! I'd missed this topic before. Funny how things work
sometimes. I'm glad it's here now. I want to add a couple of
things. Daily, I put a bubble of light around my loved ones,
animals, house etc. It is not out of fear, but out of attraction.
Light attracts Light and repels darkness. I love SEDD's dark
entities = squish.

such a good intuition - it was helpful again! I like the bubbles
of light - how beautiful! And - awwww - we nearly have more
sheep here in Schleswig-Holstein near Denmark than human beings.
Most of the sheep have fluffy white "clothes" *giggle*.
This came to me right now when being with the light bubbles
- what about to put on light clothes - like the sheep? This
was quite informative for me. Thank you.
